Goop

There is very little that one can do with a critter that does not want to do anything other than remain in a liquid state unless irritated.

The goop monsters were something of a failed experiment. A melding of nanotechnology and something that included jellyfish DNA plus a healthy dose of chameleon, the goops were meant to be used to infiltrate and spy.

Instead, I am stuck with a vat of goop that simply prefers to remain as it is, inconspicuous and not useful in the slightest.
