Tadas Blinda is a new hero who recently made an appearance in Lithuania. Named for a famous Lithuanian folk hero of the 19th century. He has the brash and daring of a young hero and represents the new breed of heroes who have appeared after the devastation of the Rickti war. Who he is and his exact powers still remain unknown but he has already shown he is not lacking in skill and courage.


His equipment is deceptive. Although he wears what looks to be 19th century clothing it is made of 21st century materials and is bullet proof. Under the jacket he wears high strength, military grade body armor that is equal to anything worn by any army. And although his weapons look like flintlock pistols they are high powered 10mm auto-pistols with bullets capable of easily penetrating concrete a meter thick. He also has a good supply of exotic ammunition.
