A stranger in these parts, Teddy is as close as Arizona is going to get to having a Prince for the time being. A showman and entrepreneur, he is all about public displays of power, something that the kindred of the valley have long gone without. His presence here has elicited some ire out of the local population, but you can tell by the way he carries himself that he's not keen on making any friends while he's here.

They're just hoping his time here is short-lived so they can move on with their undeaths. For the time being, Teddy is taking up residence in the Ventrue Tower in Phoenix while the Camarilla works on appointing a new Prince.
PERSONALITY
Cruel and unusual, Teddy even stands out amongst his Ventrue brothers and sisters. He makes no effort to put on a show of bygone regality for other Cainites and speaks to subordinates in a casual register. Those that do regard him as their master treat him with almost obsessive submission, perhaps implying some brutality hidden underneath his charismatic posing.
