Tau Chul

Member of the order of Court Wizards serving the Great Tycoon and the Moguls of the Great Houses of Bajapur. He wears the uniform of his order: pale blue robes, with black sigils slowly drifting downward like raindrops sliding down a pane of glass.
He uses a meditation room in the garden of the House of Cats to prepare for his spellcasting. In the garden itself, he has prepared a perfectly round shallow pool, surrounded with manicured close-cropped grass. A ring of stones carved with arcane sigils surround the pool, and Tau is able to use the pool as a scrying focus.
