Summer Camp 2021 Pledge Document

So, am I going be a dense idiot this year and attempt to do 1000 or more words for each prompt again because I loathe minimum word counts?

Around early May of 2020, I found World Anvil. Back then, I didn't know much about what I was doing, so that led me down a very confusing rabbit hole. Then, in June of 2020, I found World Anvil on Twitch and started watching them to better understand how to use this website. Thankfully, I hadn't screwed the pooch too much on what I was doing and was able to fix my mistakes pretty easily (I still have to hammer it into my fog-dense brain to remember to reset the dates on stub articles when I decide to finally work on them).
During June of 2020, I learned of World Anvil's version of Summer Camp and decided to participate and I haven't looked back since.

Worldbuiling Projects

All my work is tied to novel writing and it's easy for me to get lost in whatever worldbuilding I find myself doing at the current moment. My two current novels, His Mate and Wolf Bound are nearing completion, which means I will have plenty to work on when Summer Camp arrives!

Support Networks

Ugh... I don't really have any. I mainly go to music for ideas or look on twitter or instagram.

Write When?

I tend to write whenever I have free time. But I think my main goal with writing will be after I quickly log into Minecraft and then back out.

Main World Focus

I have mainly two worlds that I work with: Eskǎvaëís and Into the Shadows. Both of these worlds are my babies and are children worlds to their main world, the Darkness Moon Chronciles.

While it is not recomended to have more than one world from the same universe, I find it a tad bit easier to control (especially with the Era dates). For example, Eskǎvaëís is set on another planet with a totally different era period (and set 1000 years into the past) from Into the Shadows, which contains the modern era date of "AD."

I will attempt to keep myself limited to the 300 words minimum for a prompt so that I can complete all 31 prompts (while also working on Camp NaNoWriMo).
