The Flower Gardens

Small stone walls separate the many plots of land. They are each filled with a wonderful array of flowers, both native to the area and from far off lands.

Fauna & Flora

There are a vast variety of local and exotic as well as perennial and annual flowers along with many of the regional bushes, shrubs, and trees that grow in the region. The land is highly curated and as annuals die off the gardeners are quick to replace them so there is an ever blooming landscape of color.

Natural Resources

The flower gardens have a very diverse range of flowers and other plants that The Honey Farm relies upon to create the quality and quantity of honey they are able to produce.

History

The flower garden started as a simple yard surrounded by forests. Soon, the first patch of flowers were planted and when the bed was filled, another was created. Over time, the simple beds cordoned off with small rock walls. Then the walls themselves were built high enough for a man to sit. Small ponds and bird baths were added thereafter. As the landscape grew in complexity, so did the variety of flowers.

Tourism

This is a favorite spot for many of the Forest Tribe. Nearly all of them try to visit The Flower Gardens at least once per season but many will visit it weekly. Members of the other tribes visit the gardens but nowhere near the same frequency as the forest tribe members.
The gardens and The Honey Farm are by far the most visited places on the mountain. Fairies even come from surrounding areas and mountains to visit the gardens and sample the unique honey that is made from having such a diverse pollen base.
