This is an infectious disease caused by the virus "Eluveitie" that affects the animal and plant kingdom.The origin of the Eluveitie is unknown and in its (apox) 30 years of existence has covered 1% of the uncivilized world forest.

Transmission & Vectors

This disease is transmitted by consuming or inhaling a pice of a dead creature that had died via Eluveitie.The disease kills its victim in 1 month.

Causes

Symptoms

The virus in order to kill its host it will artificially cause the host to get cancer on multiple organs, generally killing the victim in one month. The dead body will slowly decay into dust (on a period 1-2 weeks per kg) .The dust will spread the infection when inhaled.

Treatment

There is no know treatment, disease individual are burn alive to stop its spreading.

Sequela

Aftee you ingested/inhaled the virus it will cause a "fake cancer"that most likely will kill the victim in 1 month. After the individual dies every tissue in its body will pile of in grey sheets that look like dead skin , this sheets break into dust that spreads the virus.

Prevention

The burning of sick individuals, cleaning the water you drink and wearing a mask can prevent the disease from occurring

Epidemiology

The dead forest is the centre of the infection ,every tree and animal inside it is already dead, the forest grows 10 m^2 per day at its current rate. For some unknown reasons the rate of growth has slow down in the past 5 years instead of accelerating as it use to be .The only inteligent race interacting whit it until now is the Fairies who put the whole zone in quarantine, making a tampon Jones 3 km away from its current position.
