Lamannia

The Twilight Forest

A common story of Lamannia talks about a gnome explorer who passed through a mountain terrain and found herself traveling through a peculiar thicket where she was attacked by giant rats the size of a bear. She fought and fought but was quickly overwhelmed where she had to flee for her life.
The rats chased her and as they caught her—a enormous beak flashed down through the thicket and snapped a rat in two and swallowed it in a single bite. The thicket the explorer was traveling through was no dense forest, but the nest of gargantuan baby rocs.
Lamannia is the blueprint of true natural order. It is the birthplace of all giant beasts and natural plant life unaffected by the properties of other planes. This unique plane is where the Druid sects convene and gather their strength.
The environment has the richest of earth and the clearest of rivers. It is one of the easiest planes of existence to reach. But beware, those who are not gifted with the natural power of druids or rangers may be overwhelmed by the purity of the primordial matter.
