Irrational Yet Dangerous

The Cults of the Dragon below is a blanket term for the multitudes of wildly diverse malevolent cults. 
Be it a cult driven by the madness of The Fury to raze frontiers, or a cabal of scholars that seek to serve an Overlord, or noble loyalists that worship their immortal patron as a deity and are devoted to free it from the Inescapable Prison of Daanvi.

Aggressive Recruiting

These cults have been silent due to the efforts of the Paladin Corps and national militaries.
But since the Calamity of the Seven Springs, the Cults of the Dragon Below have been more active, recruiting people to their cause. Followers are never forced, but always have the opportunity to join willfully.
Cults are typically categorized into two elements: structure and power. 

Structure

Structure represents the shape and size of the cult.
How many members do they have and what connections does the cult have across Stellarium. 

Power

Power comes from the malevolent force of the cult; typically, a daelkyr patron or Overlord.
A cult can be small but use the force a powerful patron, while another cult could be vast but only a few can use true power.
