Westfold
The largest city on Vanar, Westhold contains the largest docks, the seat of the Vanar Provisional Government and, almost as importantly, the Mayoral offices.
Westfold is the closest thing the Shiloh System has to a metropolis, with a mainly service and mercantile industry, as opposed to the rural farming and production based economies of the system.

Rule of the city is effectuated by an unholy alliance between Mayor Michael Dawson and Capo Jaesira Celluci of the Celluci family, a Cartesian Cartel.
Industry & Trade
The city serves as port of entry and exit for most of Vanar, with the majority of the planet's goods moving through one warehouse or other in the city. A minor shipyard serves as a repair and outfitting station.
