Prophet's Council
Consisting of five revered religious leaders of The Unity Church, the Prophet's Council is the final ruling authority for the colonizers on Saint's Rest. By the leadership of Joseph Marmillion, they have called a great number of colonizers to Saint's Rest.
Their greatest concern at the moment is attacks on farmers by Saint's Rest's indiginous peoples, most notably represented by the Chieftain's Council.
