Cosmetic Modification

Unsurprisingly, the trend of plastic surgery has extended forth into the era of chrome surgery. All parts of the human body are considered modifiable, and especially outside of Sol where attitudes lie more within the traditional, all walks of life are accepted to some degree. Notably, cosmetic modification is mostly unregulated compared to full augmentation in the Solar Union.

Holo-tattoos

Not literally holographic, but appearing as such, implanted screens beneath the skin allow for instantly-changeable self-expression. Cheap and relatively non-invasive, they have proven popular with the younger crowd.

Smart Clothing

Smart clothing is able to interface with a user's equipment, allowing an unaugmented user, or one with only a basic interface rig, to control anything they carry with them remotely. Many types can manifest screens on open surfaces and are capable of touch feedback when paired with appropriate gloves. Additionally, biometric sensors are standard-issue with most brands, acting both as a ready source of diagnostic information to the user and an easy form of identification for Union trackers- another secret bit of hardware built in universally.
Human attire still conforms largely to old traditions, especially in the realm of formalwear; typical spacer wear resembles jumpsuits, with pockets present as needed for storage. Some changes have come as a matter of practicality, however; skirts have declined in popularity, thanks to the impracticality of microgravity wear. At the same time, gloves have become an essential part of off-planet wear, since navigation in microgravity usually involves handling the same surfaces hundreds of others have.
