A place where heroes operate in the open, boldly opposing the forces of evil. Starport City attracts corrupt individuals seeking only fame, money and power at the expense of those who they think are lesser. The city hosts a large merciless gang of humans and superhumans bent on absolute control of the city. Aliens who use magic and technology to gain more power wherever they go and their newest target are all the supers on Earth.
