Members from the Nyxian Galaxy Expedition stumble across an odd stone statue carved into what is described to be a Sliver Queen located in the temple of Heliod. The exploration team notes the statue is emitting a special frequency of radio waves that encompass the whole planet. The Head Priest of the temple who guides them through the temple explains the lore of the Slivers and how the stone is said to keep any remaining Slivers on Helios in a state of slumber or hibernation. This stone statue is stated to have been referred to as the Hivestone . However while its being studied by the team and the priest, the Hivestone turns from its natural pristine marble color and peaceful look into a dark and sinister version of itself. The frequency changes and the Slivers awaken, even some of the citizens transforms into humanoid Slivers and begin rampage, even some animals transformed into slivers as a result of the Hivestone. As the Hivestone transformed it is revealed that there was someone else among the people around it that had found a means of tainting it into awakening the Slivers, someone who was once known as the Weaver King.

Transmission & Vectors

Through inaudible radio waves that cover the whole planet. These radio waves affect the brainwave pattern of Slivers, if the Hivestone were destroyed the only way to deal with Slivers period is to eliminate them as quickly as possible, leaving none alive.

Causes

The man known as the Weaver King, used a device that controls the Hivestone and gives the awakening signal to the Slivers. The people who were secretly Slivers burst out of their clothes and revealed themselves as "Primes" or Humanoid Slivers. under and around the city and even outside its walls awaken and began to amuck.
