He is responsible for the rebounding of the the Order of the Nisurach Circle.

Personal history
Aravegas Abital was just an ordinary historian. He impressed the Fellian Historian Guild, evntually becoming a high member. To help with his research on the The War on Darkness, he pleaded for the Church of the Lightbearer to allow him access to the hidden documents they kept. After months of persuasion, they gave in, allowing him to study the most guarded artefacts in Starfell. They were old cultist documents, both from ancient and recent history, documents that only the highest member of the Church had seen.
Vegas immediatly began his research, translating the documents, recording the sigils. But there were a few things that he vaugly recognised, some symbols he had seen hidden in alleys around the city, lines of poetry etched in walls and pavement. This alongside the sheer amount of artifacts, all differing in age, could not the result of a small cult, one that had existed for a month or two before the War.. no, he realised the cultist presence in Starfell was much deeper and bigger than anyone had imagined.
Vegas became obsessive over this fact, noticing more and more symbols everywhere he went, they were almost everywhere, but only stood out to those who knew. He was desperate to know more, to know the secrets that had been hidden for so long. The documents were not enough for him..
One night, Vegas reached a breaking point. He, who before had not been religious, decided to try a ritual. And what happened only sent him futher down his spiral; an unnatural flicker of a candle, and a whispering in his ear. He felt as if it, whatever it was, was taunting him.
Then the dreams began, he dreamt of the night, of someone splitting into 3, he dreamt of fire, destruction, and a goat with hollow eyes. The eyes haunted him even in his waking hours, burned in the back of his mind like the sigils. This obsession was engulfing him.
He tried to find someone that could answer his questions, that could tell him what he saw, and just before his mind was consumed by the fires of his own fascination, he found her, a member of the fallen Order, the one who guarded the secrets of these demons.
She explained his dreams, shared hidden knowledge of both the demons, and the worshippers that came before. But she saw the look in his eye, the look of someone captured by the demon, and that's when she knew, it was time for the Order to rise again. She created a deal with Vegas, he would "lead" the cult, while she guided him from the shadows. Vegas agreed, and soon became the Grand Priest.
