Mutant
Anyone with superhuman abilities gets shoved into this 'category'. --Godric GrimmMutants, as the humans have so named us, are beings that have superpowers and abilities. They've all been cast into this one overall umbrella term of 'mutant'. The humans further put them into neat little boxes; category 1 Mutant, category 2 Mutant and category Mutant 3. Category 1 Mutant: A mutant whose abilities stem from a familial line (not a category 2 familial line), a mutant that has achieved their powers through scientific means. Category 2 Mutant: A mutant whose abilities can, like category 1, stem from a familial line, however the familial line bares its abilities to an ancient undiscovered science. A mutant that gains powers through an object, these objects are generally connected to the undiscovered science. These abilities tend to bend and break the laws of reality, physics and even possibility. Category 3 Mutant: A mutant who has a combination of Category 1 and Category 2 and therefore, cannot be classified. A mutant with extra-terrestial origins. A mutant with extra-dimensional origins not associated with the undiscovered science from Category 2.
Humans can put us into whatever categories their little minds want. We're going to call ourselves by our true names. Category 1, meta. Category 2, magical (it's very real, despite the humans inability to grasp that fact. Category 3, Celestial. Sometimes their aliens, sometimes their angels. Sometimes their powers just overlay into both magic and meta. ---Raven Caldron
