Starcenter

Far away from Earth, the planet of humans, there lies in space a great star. Far bigger than the sun, this star holds a magnificent secret. Deep within the star's core, underneath the fire and gases... there lies a portal. A portal that leads to a pocket dimension containing Starcenter. Starcenter is like Earth, and yet not at all; humans live, alongside dragons, spirits, elves, orcs, centaurs, fairies and countless other species of fantastic creatures. These different species are bound together by various types of magic; it's the power of the star that surrounds the world that allows the magic to be used, even by simple humans. Like all worlds, there has been war, and conflict, and even now there are species that live in a state of perpetual hatred. A fairy will never get along with a dragon, an elf will find it difficult to like an orc, a human will always find a reason to raise their fist to another human. Despite all this, however, the world of Starcenter lives in relative peace and harmony. Some would argue that a melting pot like Starcenter, with so many differing creatures and points of view, would never be able to coexist. It would simply be impossible. But this world has proven that "impossible" is never set in stone... it's nothing more than a loose guideline.
