Private Higgins reporting:

Sergeant Striker has officially listed Clan Hayc with the Mand'alor's registry. He has the forms in process to officially change his name as a Tapani Imperium citizen and on his licenses at various bureaus, including the Bounty Hunter Guild and Bureau of Ships and Services in addition to our payroll department.
He did indeed fill out supplemental forms for family member "Doggo Hayc", Captain.
I cannot decide whether or not I want to be present when you advise the Major of same, so I request Highlight Reel for next Beskar Aran business meeting.
Further research indicates1 that Striker intends for Clan Hayc to function as a subset of House Venn wholly and an overlapping subset of House Vorwhichever according to individual preference. Striker says he's not going "conservative", by which he means "know where your bucket is" rather than "wear helmet at all times" and also he likes Lady Ventress' principle of "The best armor is healthy situational awareness, and the second best armor is family." So, unlike Deuce's little "against my religion to take my armor off for a wash" stunt last month, I anticipate no writeups on the Hayc family for "failure to maintain personal cleanliness".
In regard to potential political entanglements for future details: Striker gets along fine with Count Tsu Vorboccioni and Lord Danar, so probably no Vor incidents will arise, but he is also not especially deferential to social caste. Jenkins might say different, but on my own, I would not want to put Striker on escort detail for High Lord Vormecetti.
Striker also does not consider himself a member of the Church of the Force or the Orange Catholic faiths. He chats happily with Sisters Superior at pubs and workshops, he likes Abbess Benacor enough to tell tales about the Tor Ceti job, he swaps servo bugfix ideas with Anakin on the regular and swapped his empty beer bottle for Vanya's full one when he thought no one was looking at the last Jedi Quest watch party. I don't think any of that is faked. 2
Given all that, I expect that Clan Hayc will neither invite nor accept additional family members with antithetical principles. Lieutenant Druu, for example, will probably join up to a different Clan. (I don't think Druu will form his own. Too much side work.)
After a standard month at most of seeing how this all shakes out, I anticipate a flurry of other Clans forming up within the House Venn perimeter. Might take two years before we can call what still exists "the new normal", as some Clans figure out that their first arrangement does not work so well in practice as it did in their heads. Vanya says about a fifth of "permanent" domestic arrangements fall apart within five years anyhow, often through no fault of the participants. She says so long as people respect each other while it's happening, the whole process has value -- but it's the ones who toss their respect out the airlock who kept her in business back in the 'Seven-teens. She recommends that we keep the bureacracy on our side of forming a Clan higher than the benefits, at least until that two year mark has passed.
Maybe don't tell the Major that last bit just yet? At least, not until he's out of the tank and used to his new rank?

End of message

1 (said research being: I handed Striker half my sandwich, and I asked him about it)

2 I don't actually think it would occur to Striker to fake any social interaction for anybody's benefit, including his own. He was pretty clear about not liking Tonya Tamris, which just meant she spent two weeks writing side articles about his "questionable past" for her tabloid.
