Mental characteristics

Personal history

Around the time of the fall of the Republic and the rise of the Galactic Empire, this astromech droid came into the possession of Jaun Wei, an abruptly displaced Jedi Temple Guard who had been off-shift and thus away when the Temple was attacked by Darth Sidious' troops. The Force provided Jaun Wei with a chance to collect a freshly-reconditioned Imperial astromech and a single-passenger starship. He fled to the planet Shili in the Ehosic Sector, part of the Expansion Region. There Jaun Wei adopted the life of a hermit to hide himself among the vibrant life forms on the edge of the grasslands.

Previous organic companion Jaun Wei, retired Jedi Knight in hiding, tasked Bishop with shepherding So'Zen Al Saba to the new Jedi Temple on Allandor in the Tapani Sector and, afterward, keeping a parental eye on the young Jedi.

Nicknames & Petnames

So'Zen has been heard on occasion to call Bishop "Cranky Bastard".   Bishop's occasional nickname for the young Togrutan is in droidspeak and may well be unprintable!

I know only one thing to do with a jet pack. You will find it medically inadvisable.
— Bishop can operate a rocket pack, not a jet pack.
Either way, he rather be in a starship!
