He sniffed and told me that next tide, rent would have to be increased due to increased demand from the a large influx of members of the lesser races recently permitted into the city. He sniffed again, turned on his heels, and left.

The Pelgar Group is the remnant of the massive trading organization that operated within the Empire of Dwan during the immortal eon, stranded on the planet and cut off from the group's head office located in the dwarven capital. The remaining members of the group reorganized after Death to carry our the same responsibilities as the old organization, though on a much smaller scale.
