Sprawl

This is a test of World Anvil using the Sprawl as the test system.   The world is completely vertically integrated. But inverted from normal. Climate change has ravaged the world and the closer you are to the internal heat of the Earth the better. All the richest people live underground in posh AR augmented dwellings warmed by the Earth's core. Huddled as close to the surface as possible, regular people scramble to make enough to keep warm. The poorer one is, the higher up in looming, barely heated skyscrapers one is. Above the cloudline is a totally frozen wasteland. Emptied frozen skyscrapers with defunct neon tubing. Rumors of sub human mutants "yeti" fill the subspace waves.   Below the Earth's surface, the corporations tick away. Planning, scheming, plotting. Ripping each other off and squashing the little guy under their giant thumbs. Kano Industrial mines whatever they can find from their position under the Earth. Go up against them and you may end up on a prison barge, mining and scavenging above the surface. Sho Securities has set themselves up as the de facto muscle of the sprawl. Every checkpoint between different areas of the city is manned by Sho personnel.
