The City of Ka'ercashi

The City of History and Pirates, Ka'ercashi A strange towering city with sprawling urban technology mixed with some unimaginable magic artifacts. In the lands of Gaia hidden in the fogged hilltop of saltwater marshlands, where there's plenty of creatures wandering lost, most of the outer boarders are spawning pools of undead and other water monstrosity.   History At first it was only a bog, expanding into the open salt water of property sea and rocky islands that protects the lands. Tundra formed the lands to her own followers, something she had seen from the adventures with Tora, the earthen non-magical lands of humans and Toril alike, the land transformed in her small magic with help from Alula and Tora. Ka'ercashi become slowly over time a town, where Tundra trained the soldiers and fighters in the war against mind flayers below the city and Gaia, the knowledge of time and ancient technology from different dimension they fought and slayed a lot of intrudes that was a threat against the realm. Tundra let the city grow and become the place it is today.   leaders and rulers there's seven trusted ones of Tundra in the city. Rai Bhag, Orc Shaman Acroxuis, Vedalken Wizard, helps Tundra keep things in order.   Eva, Human Ranger, keep track of the slow expanding realm Alden, Human Fighter, keep track of soldiers, helping the warlord.   Joace, Halfling Cleric, working in the lore and knowledge of things Masgos, Drow Swashbuckler, insider of underground activities   Tasvian, Dwarf Warlord, tactical defender and strategic manager.     crime the rates of crime is mostly just petty things, pickpockets and burglars, sometimes stabbing. But things are kept very low-key, no one bother another. -notable locations-   Adventurers ward   The ruins of Dune Tower.   Celye's Smithy: A cluttered blacksmith's workshop, built atop an outcrop of volcanic rock   Finwe's Pottery: A neglected potter's workshop, who has been purchasing much more raw iron than usual.   The Warrens: Beneath the town streets, a ravine was filled with arched vaults and covered over long ago. It has become populated by the forgotten poor and the dispossessed, and those who seek to remain hidden.   The Unicorn's Guildhall: An ornate building of half-timbered walls, decorated with wrought-iron lamps. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.     Silvermoon ward   The Guildhall: An impressive building of stone walls, once an inn house. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds. Even have a abandon natural hot spring.   The Bookbinders Guild Hall: An impressive timber and brick building, decorated with stained glass windows.   The King's Goblet: a civic quarter of Silvermoon ward, surrounded by hidden alleys and grand monuments. The street outside is paved with marble flagstones, The inn is a large two-storey timber framed building, with a large cellar. Accomodations consist of several large rooms with beds and feather mattresses. The innkeeper is a tall female highelf named Gallay. She knows the secret location of the Secret Crypts of Caves of Darker.   NPC's working there: Ellyn Hanta: Female Human Servant, Good.she has thick brown hair and soft hazel eyes. She wears travel-stained clothing and several small tools hang from her belt. Dioros: Male Elf Entertainer, Neutral.He has straight red hair and hazel eyes, and numerous unusual tattoos. He wears expensive clothing and a copper amulet. Dorumil: Male Elf Peasant, Neutral.He Dorumil is pleasant in appearance, with copper hair and blue eyes. He wears travel-stained clothing and a wooden holy symbol. He is searching for his lost sister.   Bessera Courthouse: A enormous half-timbered and elven wood building, filled with pompous magistrates and advocates.   Waningmoon district   The Bastille: A magical prison of strong stone walls, guarded by earth elementals. It is said that the guards alone decide how long to hold one condemned, and that none have escaped them.   Nimrellye's Armor and Shields: The workshop of a female elf armorer named Nimrellye, who was once an adventurer, but retired after her companions were turned into werewolves.   Tundra's Keep: A black large building of polished black stone walls, with reinforced runed doors or windows. It is the keep of Tundra. An obelisk of polished agate, placed to mark the Battle of of the gates of time.   The Monastery of the Shadow Mist: A large domed building, decorated with many holy symbols of carved stone, It is the temple of The Spirals of Fog mystery.   HarperReed Plaza Inyen's Carvings: The workshop of a female elf woodcarver named Inyen, who also brews potions and elixirs.   The Diviners Guild House: A single storey building of living wood, guarded by an iron golem.   The Artificers Guild Hall: A single storey building of finely wrought iron, A lot of hallways with grand pillars with symbols of arcane strength. A great tree stands in the main hall, gnarled with age but green and strong. It is said to be the home of a dryad, which has been completely overgrown by flowering vines scale-like leaves thorny vines.   SilverReed Plaza   Wade's Clocks: The workshop of a male elf clockmaker named Wade, known for his elegant clockwork toys.   Oros' Hauberks: A modest armorer's workshop, decorated with a collection of shields from many kingdoms. Singing Garden District   Gardens of Alula: A large beautiful garden of blue and shimmering pearl like trees standing tall in middle of the city itself. Bubbling Leaks Potions: On Garden Lane, east of the town gate. Its neighbors include the Gardens of Alula hall of the Chapel and Castle and a modest traveler's shrine, It stands next to the shiny workshop of a female gnome lampwright named Ukral.   The shop is a two-storey stone-walled building, with a tiled mosaic floor, with a black tile roof and tall elf-wrought wooden shelves. The air is filled with multi-hued smoke and strange scents. Numerous toads sit amongst flasks filled with strange liquids and the air is filled with floating motes of light. The shopkeeper is a willowy male tiefling named Tievi. He would rather be a minstrel but, treats his wares like living creatures   The Water Shrine: A wondrous spire of clear water, said to heal the wounds of those who drink from it.   Angles Fishmarket sailors, fishers and mostly catfolk, tigerdragons and other feline related.   The Arrows Wounds Inn: In Fishmarket residential ward, northeast of an outcrop of rune-carved stone. The street outside is filled with the scent of burning wood, Its neighbors include a brick-walled warehouse and a busy public square. The inn is a simple wooden shack, with roughly hewn wooden tables and benches, large cellar and with a reinforced wooden door, It is dimly lit by the hearth and a few torches. Accomodations consist of a few small rooms with straw mats and several hammocks in the common room. The innkeeper is a bold male human named Fido. He comprehends many languages, but speaks only dwarvish, He extends a small discount to clerics.   A two-storey half-timbered building, the home and personal library of a female gith sage named Arila, She specializes in the study of legendary heroes and battles.   The ruins of a five-sided keep, said to be haunted by the ghost of the last necromancer of a long-forgotten age.   Tine's Folly: A tower of weathered stone stands upon a rise in the land. It was built by an eccentric aristocrat named Tine many years ago, for no apparent purpose.   The Lotus wards   The Silken Jewels: In an ally off the main market square ( The Lotus wards ), surrounded by narrow alleys and busy shops, The street outside is filled with the fragrance of blooming flowers and It stands next to serveral well-guarded warehouses. Two-storey stone-walled building, with a slate roof and a large cellar, A collection of fine tapestries hangs on the walls, small walled yard and garden and large private bathhouse is available to guests. Accomodations consist of several large rooms with beds and feather mattresses in upper floors and small rooms with beds and woolen mattresses in the cellar. Pay with stuff with exotic/magical ingredients, potions, etc - All those who work there are related.   Brothel - 40 TigerDragons Females - dishes: Exotic delights & Cocktails - Owner: Madam Elyzabeth Krucecyra, A strict looking, overweight but heavyset Tigerdragon.She is Guarded by slender male-looking human named Siana. She has an identical twin, who works opposite shifts. She insists on inspecting every coin/item paid to her and sometimes visited by powerful wizards and sorcerers.   Anduilir's Anvil: The workshop of a male elf blacksmith named Anduilir, who was once the best weaponsmith in the kingdom.   Rat Catcher District   The Rookery of Idols: A block of cramped and densely-set houses, piled several storeys high. Each house has an idol set within a niche, each idol of a different and strange deity.   The Cracked Flask: A modest adventurer's inn, entirely managed by magical clockwork golems.   The Asylum: A two-storey half-timbered building, filled with the madmen and lunatics of the town.   Hell's Close : A narrow alley which ends at the broken ruins of a warlock's tower. A secret passage can be found inside the tower cellar that leads to the underground's wraith's roads.     Woodland Farms   Vine Garden: on the farming lands, the outer boarders, where half-elves, sun elven folk making wines, rice and other precious materials for the city.   The Broken Dagger Tavern: On Bank Alley, Middle of a major crossroad and decent row houses, It stands next to an abandoned blacksmith's workshop. The street outside is filled with the scent of sweat and dung, You can hear horses and woodworking. The inn is a two-storey timber and brick building, with a smooth stone floor. It was once a barracks, and has a collection of arms and armor. Accomodations consist of several hammocks in the common room and few small rooms with wooden cots, A small stable behind the inn has room for a few horse. Innkeeper: Wen Te: Male Fire Tigerdragon Thief, Neutral. Wen Te has silver hair and bright amber eyes. He wears leather armor and wields a long sword and dagger. Wen Te has sable ferret named Bira.   Dragon's spear Weapons and Armor: On Goldencoin Street, northeast of a colossal golden-glittery tree. Its neighbors include the workshop of a female tiefling astrologer named Valda and a verdant public garden. The shop is a two-storey stone-walled building, with a smooth stone floor. A large collection of mundane weapons hangs from the walls. The shopkeeper is a young female gnome named Ava'Lynn . She seems to know the name of everyone who enters her shop.   Black Stone Masonry: A neglected stonemason's workshop, hewn from a single massive outcrop of rock.   Honey Wine Farms: A large half-stone farm buildings, home of the renowned sun elves of the material plane.   The Emerald Verdant Theater: A large half-timbered theater, home of a thieves' guild pretending to be magicians.   A rune marked menhir of rough-hewn stone, placed to honor Tundra.   The Shrine of Nuriel: A cauldron lamp enshrining the flame of Nuriel, Fire Goddess, surrounded by a neglected thorny garden. The Lightning Tree: This tall tree seems to be struck by lightning in every storm, and its bark bears countless intricate burn scars.
