Dank Meme

Over the past seven years a serial killer has claimed more than a dozen victims in Spire City. The Police Department know that the same killer is responsible because of similarities in the mutilations carried out on the corpses - the details of which have never been fully revealed to the public.
The press have christened the killer DANK MEME because references to the deaths are made in a number of bad taste cartoons and sayings that circulate in the city and surface every time someone dies or disappears.
