Construction beginning/end

With the terraforming of Mars, the authorities of the confederation will start another terraforming project with the planet Venus, this one will be partially done much more quickly with the technological knowledge acquired with the terraforming of Mars. This event marks the restoration of a normal planetary rotation, a change in the atmospheric composition and the restoration of a pressure similar to the Earth, these changes will allow humans to circulate on the planet equipped with a suit. However, like Mars, the complete terraforming will not be completed until a hundred years later, but unlike the latter, the planet at the end of the process will be completely habitable due to gravity similar to Earth. The terraforming of Venus and Mars, although successful, will be very expensive, which will encourage the government to focus in the future only on terraforming, when necessary, on already partially habitable planets while respecting the environment.
