Eldhelm & Alvarim Twins

In another age, the Dwarven city of Eldhelm in the Star Mounts and the High Elven city of Alvarim in the southern forest had a mutually beneficial relationship. Over hundreds of years they protected each other from incursions, traded goods and allowed one another to live mostly in isolation and peace. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of peace and prosperity, the elven and dwarven crown princes forged and exchanged gifts for one another, a dwarven bow for the elves and an elven hammer for the dwarves.

Dwarven Lightning Bow +1

Requires attunement

3x per day, the wielder can draw the bow without ammunition and shoot a bolt of static electrical energy. The bolt can be shot as a normal arrow. If it hits, it deals 4d8 lightning damage. If the shot misses, it does 2d8 lightning damage to everybody within 10 feet of the target who fails a Dexterity check vs the final attack roll as a DC.

When drawn, the bow whispers to the wielder in dwarven "Kazak oz Kaznok", "war to our enemies"

Elven Thunderhammer +1

Requires attunement
Warhammer (1d8, versatile 1d10, thrown 1d8 20/60ft)

Returning: As a Bonus Action, the wielder can speak the command word "nanmen" and the hammer magically teleports into their hand as long as the hammer and the wielder are on the same plane of existence.

Thunder Attack: 3x per day, when the wielder hits a creature with a weapon attack, they can cause the hammer to inflict an additional 2d8 thunder damage to the target.

Thunder Strike: If a target within 60 feet is hit by a lightning bolt from the Dwarven Lightning Bow and there is at least one Thunder Attack usage available, the wielder than use their reaction to attack the same target with the Thunderhammer, either as a melee or ranged attack. If the attack hits, the wielder must use the Thunder Attack.
