AF-18

AF-18 is a B5 III Blue-white Giant with a companion M2 V Red Dwarf. It is home to three planets, one of which is a molten ball dangerously close to the planets. It is however, the home of a high supply of the orange metal known as Orichalcix. Due to the influence of its Red Dwarf companion, the giant star at the system’s center emits a great stream of the metal from its core, which is then captured by the planet’s gravity well where it lays in fields of the stuff, far too durable to be melted by the molten planet’s lava tides.   Though volatile, this planet might be the easiest source of Orichalcix in the universe.
