Sono - My Loyal Guardian Angel

The Country of Sono is seen as the richest of all the lands, it is after all named after the word "Rich" from the language of Magic.   In this land there are many creatures and beings that coexist together. But that does not mean they do so harmoniously. There are many creatures that are seen as lesser than others, or more dangerous than others and so they have been rejected from humanities societies.   But there is a legend, speaking of actions that took place long ago...   "An Angel and Dragon were born to the world and fell in love once they met each other. Many tried to keep them apart, but they were persistent in staying together no mater what. But, another being, one with malicious intent, planned to use their plight in order to further it's own selfish gains and in the end caused for the Angel and Dragon to fight it, and saved everyone in the process. They stopped the malicious being, but in doing so they had to make a hard choice. In order to keep the world safe the two beings gave up their souls in order for them to continue to keep the world from harm, but in the process, this kept the two of them from being able to be together. And so, the Angel and Dragon are reborn, again, and again, and again. Sometimes they were born as two males, other times, two females, and on occasion they were be born as opposite genders, but no matter what they did, they could not be together as the malicious force that forced them apart in the first place also kept on reincarnating as well, coming back again, again and again in order to keep them apart, killing one so that the other would be forced to live on alone."   After time, people noticed that there seemed to be a pattern and that when the world was in danger, two beings would appear and save it. It is then that they started calling them the Angel and Dragon of Peace and Destruction. The Dragon was seen as vicious, strong and Magically powerful. It seemed it's only purpose was to fight and destroy all in his path. The Angel was seen as kind, a protector and healer, taking care of the weak and healing all she came across. In time, people started celebrating the Angel, looking for her rebirth in each new generation, making the Angel born royalty, no matter where she came from, and so it is tradition for girls with exceptional Magical abilities to be sent to high-class Magic schools in order to find whether or not they are born as the coveted "Angel" of legend.   One such girl lives in this land. A girl with beautiful long hair, white as the purest snow with skin soft as silk and pale as cream. She is seen by many to be the inheritor of the title of "Angel" in the high-class world of Magic, but there are many others who wish to hold the power that the Angel holds, those within and without Sono all have their eyes on that final prize, being made royalty of the richest lands of them all, and so, all those who have the potential to be the "Angel" must watch their back, otherwise, they could be kidnapped, or worse...
