Skögska
also known as the Vampir
"Vampir, or their native name the Skögska, are a creature associated with the tales of the Vampire: that is, they are known for drinking the blood of animals. Contrary to folk tales, however, they are mortal, and most only drink blood in the early stages of life as a means to bolster their immunity. Even then, most Vampir are wholly incapable of taking Human forms."

Basic Information
Anatomy
The anatomy of the Vampir are fairly standard-fare for most sapients: two arms, two legs, bipedal, and an upright spine. Their morphology between races, however, is incredibly distinct, almost classifying them as entire species from this alone. In the biological field, they do; since they are known to hybridize fertile offspring with one another, however, it becomes a heated topic of debate.
Regardless, the morphologies are as follows:- Måntoska (or Moonshrew): small, with long tails, and shift via moonlight;
- Jordöska (or Bloodrench): large, muscular, tailless, and shift via stressors; and
- Solöska (or Bloodrat): tall, lanky, and shift via their own free will.
There exists another morphology, however: the Thöska, or Moonglow. These are hybrid offspring of Skögska, either with one another or with someone that isn't a Skögska, often a Human. This term may be used by any child of mixed-Skögskic coupling, but it is often used towards children that bear Human resemblances.
Note that Thöska that are bred outside the Skögska race may be infertile.Genus Vampirus ["vampire"]
