Agraba

When people say "the middle of nowhere" or "the frontier" what settlement name do they use?   Once upon a time, there was a town that was famous for it's wine merchant wizard. That mage was named Tadasimor, and he was known for his hospitality. Agraba was in the middle of Gelemburg, in a desert location, and the vineyard that Tadasimor erected there was considered a miracle. His vineyrad, being a major source of liquids was tempting to many and thus he needed a guardian. He managed to tame a Lycan Sighter, which sat peacfully in the middle of the village until disturbed.    One day, Agraba disappeared. The only memory of it was the lone Lycan Sighter that harassed any travelers seeking Agraba. While that should have been the end of the mystery, however that wasn't it. Many merchants still sold Agraba purple whine, and there have eben been sightings of Tadasimor and his signature purple Turban with the golden monkey sewn on it. Anyone who asks for the source of the wine gets no answer- and as such many people are still searching for Agraba to this day.   Thus the phrase "Were right in the middle of Agraba", the lost city, was coined by angry clients of wealthy wine merchants.    In reality, Tadasimor has dealt with forces beyond his control. In an effort to gain immortality and lichdom, one of the ultimate goals of wizards at the time, but in the process he made an unfortunate deal with an archfey. That lord was a combination of a moth and a peacock, and he was named Rumples. Rumples decided for the ritual of creating a phylactery he would need two things- a relic of importance as the actual phylactery, and the town Agraba as payment. Tadasimor agreed, and thus the city was transported to a beautiful demiplane, surrounded by green planes and wildlife. As the town owner, Rumples made his rules, such as forbiding anyone from telling him about the town. He also made Tadasimor run basic errands for him.    The relic he chose to give Rumples was his father's life long project- a failed chalice of immortality, which may grant you an additional year to live when you drink from it or it might turn anything that touches the liquid into gold. It mostly did the second thing. That chalice now serves as his phylactery.
