Originally Primus was comprised of nine separate states or countries after a World War. Most of these were rendered uninhabitable. It's survivors use their ruins to construct a great arcology city. The processed product is then transported to the appropriate places in the city from underground. Each appropriate establishment has a conveyor in their building to transport all the shipments daily directly from the Super Factory. The city itself sits on the top layer of the superstructure outside the city are resource Gathering stations and Farms both manned and unmanned. The entire rim of the city is sky ship Harbors run by the military hegemony that protect the city and technocratic University. Each district has a sub District of workshops residential commercial in the centre of each district stands a tall tower that is mostly for recreation, besides a level each for the three levels of civil services, the ameliorate, the advocacy and the prefecture. Students live in their respective districts, once they graduate and become professors. They relocate to the centre District of the University. The six district workshops are all connected and form a coalition that all work together where the workshops would be in the central district is devoted to the military hegemony and their military-industrial complex.
