The Free City of Rakaela

The free city started as a first race ruin that was discovered on the border of some number of nations. The ruins were a contested zone until the archaeologist's founded the free city as a place for scholars from all nations to trade knowledge of the first race. The idea of a free city grew in the minds of the people and soon a thriving market centre had grown in the city. people from all nations come to the free city to trade knowledge and goods with people they could not see in their own countries.
Balthas moved to the city to set up his antiquities store after setting out to start a new life post the death of Jelena.
