Meuclont Coven

In the web, a city tall, is three witches who watch over all.
The first is the porcelain witch. Her beauty terrible and veiled. She lives atop a tower, comfortable and rich. Through her shame she has been jailed.
The second lives in the jungles web. Mother stew, her children call her. A witch that feasts on the dead. This kind mother brings much succor.
Deep beneath the hollowed mines, is a queen of earth and stone. She guides the lost with baleful signs. And devours those who will not atone.

It is a rare occurrence for a permanent coven to be formed. Meuclont is a city of marvels and contains exactly three witches. The porcelain witch who resides high in a tower, her perfect face hidden behind a broken mask. Mother Stew lives in the jungles and heals the sick who are brave enough to seek her aid. The Hollow Queen whose domain is the Hollow Mines. She devours those who have done wrong but will not admit it, but guides others away from danger. These witches keep their identity secret and have thus avoided inquisitors. They meet once a year on a random day determined by a mutual feeling of wanting to meet. These meetings create bizarre effects. Porcelain dolls move when no one looks and the mines gain more ores and change their layouts. The sewer systems gain a sickly sweet scent to them. The topics of discussion include what to do about the city itself and how to stay hidden while fulfilling their desires.

Structure

The witches of the coven have equal say in all things they do. This leads to many arguments that can last for days. These witches never hate each other, seeing and referring to each other as sisters.

Public Agenda

These three witches have formed a coven in order to keep Meuclont alive. Their combined powers bring rain and life to the small island. Each have their own reasons. The Porcelain Witch seeks someone more beautiful than her, and wishes to bring as many to meuclont as she can. Mother Stew enjoys the taste of those killed from starvation and disease, and a higher population makes it easier to find those corpses. The Hollow Queen simply wants to see the mines grow and expand.
