Skaria

When the worldwound opened, and the demons flooded over Skaria, the world looked to the skies. The elven sky cities gave the denizens of Skaria the advantage they needed to not just survive the incursion, but repel the demons and drive them back to the abyss. The skycities were a symbol of freedom and hope for the world...   That was many years ago. In the years past, the elves have used the sky cities to dominate other populations, Dwarves are forced to mine on the over world of Skaria, Orcs are kept as slaves, and humans are looked upon with a gaze of disgust and superiority. The very cities that once stood for freedom, now stood for oppression and greed.   Skaria is primed for a new war, a war not with demons, but with a working class so fed up with the increasing taxes and exploitation, that they are just about ready to do something about it. But in a world where the oppressed can barely get the resources they need to survive, how could the possibly even dream about getting the resources they need to start a revolution?
