Skaði

Although covered mostly in snow and ice, Skaði is the home of many proud warriors, living manageable lives. Skaði is a land of Monarchy of a single ruler named Ask. In the kingdom of Yggdrasil, only the blood of the king could be royal. Because no other than the true ruler could rule. Therefore it was only of the same family that could give birth to the next generation. So the true ruler could live on in the blood of the future kings.   But a terrible corruption entered the kingdom, spreading through corpses and injuries reaching one's flesh. The plague went on, and people sought refuge down south on an island, that could only be reached by boat. But it was only those with the highest place and status in society they may go. The others had to live their lives in constant fear. Until a brave warrior founded 4 borders to keep the corruption at bay. The borders were Njord, Modi, Thrud, and Ullr.
