Skadi Lands

A continent protected by Dragons from an ancient pack. Thousands of years ago the Skadari Empire stood in the peak of there power after defeating an army of dragons; then suddenly died as a plague killed the noble families and they retreated to there homeland. Seen as a curse the Skadi elf have not conquered land outside of there territory ever since. There influence lives on in there roads, currency, ancient buildings, heros, and the Skadi (known as common).   Filling this vacuum of power is the Empire of Mettenhiem a coalition of dwarfs, humans, and halfings who aim to be the next great power of the continent.
