The Grimhold Creed

We are the warlocks of black and red
Who exist between the living and dead We are devils and demons, revels and wraiths

Structure

The head of every school of magic is the Grand Warlock, chosen by the goddess Megesia herself. Just below them lies the three best warlocks, each the head mentor of a sect of magic within the school. Below them, in order of most powerful to least powerful, lie the Masters, the Experts, the Adepts, the Journeymen, the Apprentices, and then the Novices.

Public Agenda

The goal of every Rhydallian School of Magic is to provide services for those willing to pay. Different schools have different guidelines for the kinds of contracts they accept and the work they're willing to do. All warlocks are combatants, and are often hired to protect villages from bandits, participate in wars, act as mercenaries, and so on. Necromancers are most commonly hired to investigate murders and act as detectives, investigators, and spies. It's well-known that Grimhold will accept contracts the other schools of magic may not due to moral reasons.
