Thalorn Xoth

Thalorn Xoth (a.k.a. The Mentor, The Scholar)

Often viewed as the leader of the Unity, in the arrival of the Gods he was absent from the material plane and awaited his brothers and sisters in the Court. He resides in the realm of the Great Library. His symbol is an open tome, in more intricate designs it is sometimes shown with light emanating from the pages of the book. In art he is often depicted as an old and weathered Shield Back Dwarf with a long flowing white beard and more wrinkles than you can count. In some regions he is referred to as the Mentor, focusing on his paternal and teaching aspects. In academic societies, he is more likely to be praised for his knowledge and therefore referred to as the Scholar.
