The founder of the The Republic of Sporaria and the first explorer to discover new land in hundreds of years. Pellian discovered the The Serene Key and brought word back.
They set out with a mixed species crew, despite standing inter species prejudice due to distance and unfamiliarity that existed outside most ports between species. After they tried to get support to set up a colony, with both Airelsat and Sanyadarishya support, they decided to do it them self. They then regathered the original expidtion crew, and gets them to bring their friends. The expedition Sails out with like 7 medium sized ships, having more people who were friedns of the origional crew, and radical (at the time) people who believed in species equality and set up the town of Osebert in honer of Pellian True Heart's partner, Osebert Ciaerder of __________.
Discovers the The Serene Key in 1297. Returns and founds The Republic of Sporaria in 1299.
