Temple of Sila
The place where Sila hails it's name, the Temple of Sila was build from the overgrown rubbles of an old Ionian bathhouse. In year 0, the start of the Aiya Jia period, weary and worn Laidians fleeing from the Ionians came upon the secluded ruins of an abandoned city deep within the mountains. They took the city as their own, and all rested in the large bathhouse in the center of the city. Using the last of their resources and those they gathered from the lands around them, they rebuilt the bathhouse into a glorious temple fit for their beloved god-spirit, Obji, and the first Laidia to reside in.
When the First Laidia asked what to name the building, Obji answered 'Sila'. No one knew what the word meant, and though they were very well aware it could have been something silly (Obji was known to be playful and mischievous at times), they named the building, the town about it, and their kingdom thereafter, 'Sila'.
