The Unresting Mountains
The Unresting Mountains are the Largest Mountain ranges in Estia. With the exception of a gap in the middle of the range they separate Wapon in the East from the rest of Estia.
Geography
They extend for 100 miles with a small break in the middle of the mountain range. They are they islands highest. with 3 significant peaks: The bases of the Unresting Mountains are higher than the majority of the summits of Estia. They are composed of a range of sloping ridges, crests, valleys and forests. Much of the Mountains are covered by Evergreen forest made up of Fir and Spruce.
Fauna & Flora
To the north are the Chestnuts, Walnuts, poplar and conifers red spruce and balsam fir grow at the highest elevations. Farther south are hickory, the southern hardwoods which included sugar maple, buckeye, beech, ash, birch, and red oak and white oak. There are about another 90 species of trees. There is an abundant rainfall, produce trees that have reached record maximum height and diameter.
There are Bison, Elk, Moose, Deer, Mountain lions, Bears, Boars, Raccoons, and wolves along with numerous other smaller animals. There are also Hundreds of different birds. There are thousands of different flora species.
Natural Resources
There is a myriad type of Woods from the forest on the mountains. Sheep and Goat also live there that are used as resources for hunters.
