The Floating Stall and Transportation Vehicle is a small one-person sailing boat owned by Honest Hanir the merchant. It's just large enough to withstand some rough weather, but still small enough to be able to sail for one person. Mainly used as a transport vessel, the Floating Stall and Transportation Vehicle doubles as a water-based shop, both for the occasional sale of wares at the dock without bothering to get them to the market or to sell wares while out at sea.
Hanir has a knack of tricking other boats to come close and interact with him and will often do whatever necessary to achieve this if the business has been slow. This includes faking an emergency to get their attention.
Modifications
As this boat was originally an open fishing boat, there have been some modifications to make it work for Honest Hanir's needs. It has a tiny little shack, just large enough for the rotund trader to sleep in without being exposed to the sometimes rough weather in Vutara Bay. There are also compartments for storage everywhere, even secret ones for hiding whatever needs to be kept away from the coastal guards' eyes.
