The abandoned Gang located in the sprawl Criminal organization formed and comprised mainly of orphaned children, there leader Desmond is known to be ruthless and viscous, he revels in torturing his rivals by slaughtering the entire family in front of the person whom he believes has scorned him once he has finished destroying the family he slowly flays his victim making sure that they stay alive before he throws them into a bed of salt.
