Maze of the Irlgaunt
Deep in the mountains of the Durrani Conclave is a cave, inside this cave is a maze of stone bridges and columns where gravity changes with the landscape, this maze is home to the irlgaunt.
The irlgaunt is a large aberration that resembles a spider made of stone with a toothy maw surrounded in small red eyes and an underbelly of fleshy pink tendrils. This spider eats and regurgitates stone and forms all the passageways of this cave.
The hobgoblins of this land will sometimes bring those who have committed great atrocities to this cave as an execution. The prisoner is forced to wander the bridges as prey to the irlgaunt.

Legend of this lair is known to the northern mountainfolk and by many of the Durrani Conclave. Some monster hunters and rangers from outside the conclave perceive the cave as a prison controlled by the hobgoblins.
