Shattered Realms

The Convergence has ended. Worlds have been broken and destroyed. Their remnants are gathered here, in the Shattered Realms. It is a land of post-conjunction. Stability is a far flung dream that many wish to grasp. Self-proclaimed rulers do what is necessary to hold on to what power they have and factions constantly try to supplant each other. People pray to gods that are long dead, but other forces are at work. Some say the Successor Gods are trying to strengthen their hold, while others claim that more foul play is afoot. Whatever the case, the Shattered Realms are in need of rescue. But who is brave enough? Strong enough? To deliver them.
