Lead by 12 mortals who have heard his cries in the golden chains, this is the judgment halls of humanity before the Corrupted arrive. 12 floating buildings of white marble and black basalt looks over the seven regions of the The Questing Fields. Here all shall be judged and be made ready for the coming war. All who pass through its Courts, find themselves blessed by a power earned, not given, not taken.
Purpose / Function
As in all Courtrooms, it's purpose is Judgement. After a human is called to the stand, their actions in life are measured and that determines their starting equipment and Class in the magic system Mu crafted. The pious or kind may receive a boost to help them, where as the cruel or senseless often get nothing.
Architecture
An opulent golden dome caps off gold-flecked marble that curves at impossible angles. Humans that have escaped the courts that surround the palace have gotten trapped in the internal labyrinth for millennia from their perspective, the divine power of the palace keeping them alive but not sane. Filled with infinite rooms of varying styles from across the multiverse, whole wings of the palace fade in and out of existence at random. Those skilled enough and intelligent enough could brave the dangers to receive untold power and wealth.
The 12 courts that surround the palace are simply large pillars that are 20 ft. diameter with a simple arch doorway, which leads to a much larger internal space, the size of the supreme court building inside each of pillar.
History
This was crafted 10 years ago, when MU, The god stuck inside the The Mechanism, made a pocket dimension so as to complete his goal of uplifting humanity. He placed the Palaces above the land so he could survey the creation of the realm from above, to see how the regions interacted.
