Orkanstorm

An orkanstorm is an occasional meteorological phenomenon which can occur either over the broad plains of Chrenada or over the waters of the Wakari Coast and Tyrg.
The orkanstorm is distinct for its cyclonic wind patterns. The storm may itself move in a straight line, often quickly, but its winds will be whirling and powerful. These winds can be massively destructive. The worst orkanstorms can level several buildings on a farm or homestead.
Taking shelter during an orkanstorm is always imperative. They can often be recognized in advance of their arrival by increased wind, an odd feeling of pressure in the air, a peculiar green shift to the sky, or at times the unusual behavior of domestic or wild animals. A coming orkanstorm may not always be predictable, however.
An orkanstorm arose during the battle of Arakadamia , and the military chose to embrace its advantage in fighting the winged Ryuven . However, the storm did not last long enough to win the battle for the Chrenada troops, leading to the unexpected conclusion of that battle (which I am sure my knowledgeable student will not need explained).
