Shamayim is about 5.3 times bigger than Earth and its gravity is about 4.85 times that of Earth.   A single day lasts 23.45 hours and a year lasts 129 days. The planet is made up of 11 continents, which make up 74% of the planet's landmass. 3 moon(s) orbit the planet and Shamayim itself orbits an orange sun in a circular orbit.   The plant-like organisms on this planet are almost entirely made up of grasses, bushes, and trees. Both the grasses and bushes work together to reach the nutrients they need. Their intertwined growth leads to spectacular shapes and colors, but they leave almost no nutrients for other species. So only small flowers and some fungi manage to live of what's left.   Reproducing is the most important aspect to ensure the survival of a species. While many species use seeds or forms of pollination to reproduce, others simply grow into more copies of itself, all connected to one parent. However, a few species on this planet do it a little different. Some of them excrete their seeds through their roots, back into the water they normally absorb, allowing the water to carry the seeds further. Some species grow into multiple seeds from the moment they begin growing as a seed themselves. But perhaps the most impressive species is the one that grows around other species and uses their growing seeds and modifies them to become seeds of its own.   Although most of the water on this planet is fresh, the water plants did develop into what is perhaps more closely related to corals than to plants. These highly specialized species roughly resemble what we're used to in the oceans of Earth, but are only seen in fresh water on very rare occasions, which makes the species on this planet all the more intriguing.   This planet is home to a huge variety of animals, mostly related to reptiles, birds and fish. However, the most advanced species are birds, some of which have become sentient. Their behavior is remarkable and fascinating to study, most of them are unlike anything we've seen on Earth. Whole communities of birds can be found throughout the planet, many of which have evolved into completely separate species.
