Shakespeare is set in the modern era (2018-) and is about Americas number one detective, Shakespeare.   Shakespeare is Americas best detective and has two partners, his first partner is Christopher a journalist that lives across the hall in his New York apartment. They met when Cris (Christopher) became a target in one of Shakespeare's cases. He has also saved Shakespeare's life more than once.   Shakespeare's second partner is his adopted daughter, Lilly. Lilly is the former princess of (?Name?), she was first sent to America when her mother was threatened, and then killed by her uncle who ascended to the throne, dethroning Lilly.
