Station Management
Station Management is the entity that runs Shaddock Station and presumably owns it. They communicate to the station's inhabitants via protocol droids or, in comms, as an image of a nondescript human male. It will refer to itself (either as a droid or in comms) as "Station Management", it uses the pronoun "they/them" when needed, and as impersonating it has resulted in a lot of dismantled droids, rarely does anyone attempt to.
Anonymous individual (or group) who communicates through protocol droids.
