Castigeer's Casino, Collateral 'n' Consignment Complex

Castigeer's Casino, Consignment 'n' Collateral Company is a multi-service business operation on Shaddock Station that is its own "strip mall" on the main promenade of the station.
Run by Castigeer, a Lepi who wears an eyepatch over his left eye, iit provides three specific services in buildings that are linked to each other and to the main promenade of the station:

Casino

Although it's a bit run-down, Castigeer's Casino finds itself popular with pilots, mercenaries, and smugglers as a place that offers the chance to make your latest haul increase in value. Offering sabaac, hintaro, holochess, and other games, the Casino also takes bets on wars, elections, the racing circuit, the odds of survival on some Spindeed missions, and just about anything else it thinks it can make a profit from.

Collateral

Essentially a pawn shop with a fancy name, the Castigeer's Collateral part of the complex is always there if you run out of money at the Casino and need a quick loan. Turn over that blaster for the a loan of its pawn price, and if you don't buy it back (with interest) within 24 hours (longer term loans available after discussion), Castigeer gets to sell it. Several "bargains" can be found here, but occasionally, the former owners will find it easier to get the item back from the purchaser rather than repaying the loan.

Consignment

Do you make things? Own things whose value is uncertain and you can't find a buyer for? Want to sell them, but don't want to deal with all those messy business numbers and customers and Karens? Castigeer's Consignments is here for *you*! Leave the item with the shop, with whatever you think you can charge for it (consultations available). If the item gets sold, Castigeer will try to sell it for you in exchange for a cut of the selling price. Just make sure that you don't mind too much who's carrying your item around after they buy it...
